About these pages

In these pages, "glow", "we", "us" and "our" mean [Company Legal Name], whose registered address is [Registered Address]. We operate the website at https://www.glowlink.fun and the related services (the "Services").

These pages form part of our Terms of Service. Read them together with our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. As set out in Section 1.3 of the Terms of Service, if one of these pages conflicts with the Terms of Service on the topic it covers, that page applies to that topic; in every other case the Terms of Service apply. The governing law ([Governing Law Jurisdiction]) and dispute-resolution rules (arbitration in [Arbitration Venue]) in the Terms of Service also apply to these pages.

Part 1 — IP and Impersonation Complaints Policy

Complaints about intellectual property, impersonation and rights of publicity.

1.1 What this policy covers

Anyone can launch a token through glow. The launcher alone chooses the token's name, symbol, image and description. In a nominated launch, the launcher also chooses the social-account username that is named as the proposed recipient of the creator fee. We do not review, approve or endorse tokens before they go live.

Use this policy to tell us about a token or other material on our website that:

  1. infringes a copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right;
  2. impersonates a person, brand or organisation, or falsely suggests that they created, sponsor, endorse or are connected with the token;
  3. uses a person's name, image, voice or likeness without permission in a way that breaches their right of publicity, personality or privacy; or
  4. falsely suggests a connection with glow.

You can send reports about content involving minors, or about other illegal content, to the same address. We handle those reports under our Content & Nomination Policy and may refer them to the relevant authorities.

1.2 If your social account has been nominated

A nominated launch names a social account (on X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Kick or GitHub) by username only. The account owner was not asked. They are not affiliated with the token, and they did not create or endorse it. We never contact nominees. If your username has been nominated, you can choose any of the following:

  1. Do nothing. If the claim window closes without a claim, the creator fee goes permanently to the fallback the launcher chose when launching.
  2. Claim or decline. Sign in through our official sign-in with that account while the claim window is open. Declining does not need a wallet. A claim is not an endorsement of the token, and it does not oblige you to promote, run or hold it.
  3. Turn on Do-not-nominate. Sign in and block future nominations of your account through glow. This does not affect tokens that were launched before you turned it on.
  4. File a complaint under section 1.3. Do this if the token goes beyond naming your account, for example by using your photo, logo or brand, or by presenting itself as your official token.

Your username stays visible on the token's page after you decline or after the claim window ends. Declining does not remove it. The username is also stored in the public on-chain nomination record, and it cannot be deleted from there.

1.3 How to file a complaint

Email your complaint to [Legal Email] with the subject line "IP / Impersonation complaint". Include:

  1. Who you are: your full name, email address and postal address. If you are acting for someone else, give the rights holder's name and explain your authority to act for them.
  2. The right you rely on: the copyrighted work; the trademark (with registration numbers and countries, if registered); or the person whose name, image or likeness is being used.
  3. Where the material is: the token's mint address, the link to its page on https://www.glowlink.fun, and any other link on our website where the material appears. A token name or symbol alone is not enough, because many tokens share names.
  4. What is wrong: which element is infringing or misleading (the name, symbol, image, description or nominated username) and why.
  5. Proof of control (for social-account complaints): we may ask you to sign in with the account through our official sign-in at https://www.glowlink.fun to confirm that you control it.
  6. Two statements, in these words or words to the same effect:
    • "I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material described above is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law."
    • "The information in this notice is accurate, and I am the rights holder or am authorised to act on the rights holder's behalf."
  7. Your signature, physical or electronic.

We may ask for more information. We may not act on a complaint that is incomplete. We will never ask for your passwords, seed phrase or private keys, or for any payment, to process a complaint.

1.4 What we can do

Tokens live on the Solana blockchain. Our website only displays them. While we review a complaint, or after we find it valid, we may do any of the following, at our discretion:

  1. hide the token from our website, including its page, search results, lists and rankings;
  2. stop displaying the token's image, description or other material on our website;
  3. stop the launcher's wallet or wallets from launching further tokens through our website;
  4. send a copy of the complaint to the launcher, if we have a way to reach them; and
  5. take any other step that our Terms of Service allow.

We decide which action to take. We are not a court, and we do not settle disputes between complainants and launchers.

Hiding a token from our website does not change its on-chain settings. Its creator fee, claim window, fallback and any holder distributions stay the same. A complaint does not give the complainant a right to a token's creator fees, and we do not redirect creator fees as a remedy for a complaint.

1.5 What we cannot do

Tokens launched through glow run on public blockchain programs that we do not control: Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve before graduation and a Meteora DAMM v2 pool afterwards. After a token is launched, we cannot:

  1. delete, freeze or burn the token, or stop it being traded, whether directly on those programs or through other websites, wallets, aggregators or trading tools;
  2. change its name, symbol or image, which are fixed at launch;
  3. remove the nominated username or any other data from the on-chain nomination record or from program events, which are public and permanent;
  4. reverse trades or return funds; or
  5. control copies of the token's details held by third parties such as block explorers, wallets, data aggregators and search engines. Please contact those operators directly.

1.6 Counter-notice

If one of your tokens was hidden because of a complaint and you believe that was a mistake, or that you have the right to use the material, send a counter-notice to [Legal Email] with the subject line "Counter-notice". Include:

  1. your name and email address;
  2. proof that you launched the token. We may ask you to sign a message with the wallet that launched it;
  3. the token's mint address and a description of what was hidden;
  4. a statement that you believe in good faith that the material was hidden by mistake or misidentification, or that you have the right to use it, with your reasons; and
  5. your signature, physical or electronic.

We may share your counter-notice, including your contact details, with the complainant. For copyright complaints, we may restore the token on our website if the complainant does not tell us within [10–14] business days that they have started legal proceedings. We are not obliged to restore it. For trademark, impersonation and publicity complaints, we decide on the information we have, and we may keep the token hidden.

1.7 Repeat infringers

We may treat a wallet as a repeat infringer if [three] or more valid complaints are made within [12 months] about tokens it launched. We may treat a group of wallets the same way if we reasonably believe one person controls them. For a repeat infringer, we may hide all of their tokens from our website, refuse further launches through our website, and block any sign-in accounts linked to them. Anyone who tries to get around a restriction, for example by using a new wallet, is treated as the same person.

1.8 Misuse of this process

Anyone who knowingly sends a false or misleading complaint or counter-notice may be liable for the resulting damage. We may ignore complaints from people who abuse this process, including complaints sent in an attempt to move a token's price.

1.9 Our own name and marks

No token may use the glow name or logo to suggest that it is official, backed or endorsed by us. Please report any such token under section 1.3.

Part 2 — Sanctions and Restricted Jurisdictions Notice

2.1 Why this notice exists

We have to comply with the sanctions, export-control and anti-money-laundering laws that apply to us. This notice explains who may not use the Services, how we check eligibility, and what happens if a check fails. It applies to everyone who uses the Services, including launchers, traders, holders who may receive holder distributions, and people who sign in to claim or decline creator fees.

2.2 Who may not use the Services

You may not use the Services if any of the following applies:

  1. you are under 18;
  2. you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, any of [Restricted Jurisdictions], or you are an entity organised or based there;
  3. you are named on a sanctions list kept by the United Nations, the United States (including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list), the European Union, the United Kingdom or [Governing Law Jurisdiction], or you are owned or controlled by someone who is;
  4. you are acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, anyone described in points 2 or 3; or
  5. your use would otherwise breach sanctions, export-control or anti-money-laundering laws that apply to you or to us.

We may change the list of restricted jurisdictions at any time. A change takes effect when we post it on https://www.glowlink.fun.

2.3 How we check

  1. Location. We block access from IP addresses in [Restricted Jurisdictions]. You must not use a VPN, a proxy or any other tool to hide your location or get around a block.
  2. Wallet screening. A third-party sanctions-screening provider checks wallet addresses that connect to the Services. We may check a wallet again before we process an action, such as a launch, a trade submitted through our website, a claim or a holder distribution. The screening may take into account a wallet's on-chain history and its links to other wallets.
  3. More information. We may ask you for information that helps us confirm you are eligible.

These checks use IP addresses, device data and wallet addresses, as described in our Privacy Policy. Screening tools are not perfect. A wallet that passes screening is not thereby confirmed as lawful to deal with, and a wallet that fails may be a false positive.

2.4 What happens if a check fails

If you are a restricted person, if we reasonably suspect you are, or if you try to get around our checks, we may do any of the following without notice:

  1. block your access to our website and the Services;
  2. refuse to process or submit any launch, trade, claim or other action;
  3. refuse to co-sign a claim or decline of creator fees on a nominated launch. If a claim cannot be completed, the claim window keeps running. If the window closes without a valid claim, the creator fee goes permanently to the fallback chosen at launch, as for any other unclaimed launch;
  4. exclude the wallet from holder distributions. Wallets on the sanctions screening list we use are excluded from every holder distribution round. The share such a wallet would have received goes to the other eligible holders; we do not keep it;
  5. hide tokens launched by that wallet from our website; and
  6. keep records, and report to the authorities where the law requires us to.

We are not responsible for any loss that results from us applying this notice.

2.5 What we cannot control

The Solana blockchain and the Meteora programs are public. Blocking you from our website does not stop anyone from using those programs directly. We cannot freeze or seize tokens or SOL held in anyone's wallet. Claims and declines of creator fees on nominated launches need our co-signature, and we will not knowingly give it to a restricted person. Using the underlying programs from a restricted jurisdiction, or as a restricted person, may still breach the law.

2.6 Your promises

Each time you use the Services, you confirm that none of the points in section 2.2 applies to you and that you are not using the Services for the benefit of anyone they apply to. If that changes, you must stop using the Services immediately.

2.7 If you think we made a mistake

Email [Legal Email] with the wallet address or username concerned and an explanation. We may ask for supporting information. We decide whether to lift a restriction. In some cases the law may prevent us from telling you why a restriction applies. Never send us your seed phrase or private keys.

Part 3 — Security and Anti-Phishing Guide

3.1 Use only our official website

Our only website is https://www.glowlink.fun. Type the address yourself or use a bookmark. Fake sites copy our design and use lookalike addresses, with extra letters, swapped characters or a different ending. Search ads, replies and direct messages can all lead to fakes.

Our official social accounts are listed only on https://www.glowlink.fun: [Official Social Accounts]. Any other account that claims to speak for glow is not us.

3.2 We never contact you first

  • We never send you an unsolicited direct message on any platform, including X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Kick, GitHub, Telegram or Discord. We never contact you first, by any channel (including email), about a nomination, a claim, creator fees or holder distributions.
  • We never contact nominees. If someone tells you a token was launched for you and that you should claim your fees, the message came from a launcher or a stranger, not from us.
  • Launchers share public claim links. A genuine claim link always opens on https://www.glowlink.fun. The safest way is not to click the link at all: go to https://www.glowlink.fun yourself and search for your username or the token address.
  • Our support team will never ask you to share your screen, install software or move to a private chat.

3.3 What we will never ask for

  1. Your seed phrase (recovery phrase), your private key, or a key exported from an embedded wallet.
  2. Your passwords, one-time codes or email login codes, or a passkey approval for a request you did not start.
  3. Any payment in SOL or tokens to claim, decline, verify, unlock, speed up or activate creator fees or holder distributions. Claiming needs only our official sign-in and a wallet to receive the fees. Declining does not even need a wallet. Holder distributions are sent to eligible wallets, so there is nothing to claim and nothing to pay.
  4. Permission to post on your social account or to read your messages. Our sign-in asks the social platform only for your username, plus the name and photo we show back to you. We revoke the access token as soon as we have read your username.
  5. That you "migrate", "validate", "sync" or "rectify" your wallet or your tokens.

3.4 Check before you approve or sign

  • Sign-in screens. Check that the address bar shows the social platform's real domain, that the request names glow, and that it asks only for basic profile information. If it asks for permission to post or to read messages, stop.
  • Wallet requests. Read every transaction before you approve it. A genuine claim pays creator fees into your wallet. Apart from any network fee your wallet displays, it never asks you to send out tokens or SOL you already hold, or to give another address control over your tokens.
  • Embedded wallets. Embedded passkey and email wallets are provided by a third party (Privy). You can export your key. Once you do, keeping it safe is your responsibility, and we cannot recover it for you.

3.5 How to check that a token was launched through glow

A token's name, symbol, image and logo prove nothing, and neither do the last characters of its address. Anyone can copy a name or an image. Anyone can also generate an address that ends in any short string of characters (a "vanity" address). Even if tokens launched through glow share a recognisable address ending, scammers can create tokens with the same ending.

To check a token:

  1. Start at https://www.glowlink.fun. A token page on our website is the easiest check. Tokens hidden by moderation do not appear there, so a missing page does not prove that a token was not launched through us. Use steps 2 to 4 to be sure.
  2. Check the bonding-curve pool on a block explorer:
    • the pool is owned by Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve program: [Meteora DBC Program ID];
    • the pool uses one of our published config addresses: [Brand Config Address(es)]; and
    • the platform's share of fees goes to our treasury address: [Platform Treasury Address].
  3. For a nominated launch, check the nomination record in our escrow program [Nomination Escrow Program ID]. The username stored there should match the one shown on the token page.
  4. After graduation, the official pool is the Meteora DAMM v2 pool ([Meteora DAMM v2 Program ID]) created when the token migrated from our bonding curve, with its liquidity permanently locked. Anyone can create other pools for the same token. Those pools are not ours, and we receive no share of their fees.

We publish these addresses on https://www.glowlink.fun. If an address you see anywhere else differs from the one on our website, trust our website. Treat any token that claims to be issued, backed or endorsed by glow as a likely scam unless we announce it on https://www.glowlink.fun.

3.6 How we protect the Services

  • Every claim or decline of creator fees on a nominated launch needs a co-signature from our attester key. We give it only after the claimant has signed in through our official sign-in.
  • Admin functions of our on-chain program are held by a multisig wallet and are subject to a timelock, so changes cannot take effect immediately. Only the multisig can lift a pause or appoint keys.
  • An emergency guardian key can, at once, pause new registrations, claims and declines, and fallbacks (buybacks and holder distributions), revoke the attester key or the distributor key, and cancel a holder distribution round.
  • For holder distributions, our distributor key computes each round and chooses the recipients from public data under the published rules. Each round is published a day before it can be paid, so anyone can check it, and the guardian can cancel it.
  • So that no balance stays locked for good, our admin multisig (and, for dust and SOL sent to our program accounts by mistake, our automated keeper) can recover stuck balances: dust and abandoned fallback vaults (abandoned only if the token's graduated pool was disabled by its operator, so that no buyback can run), and SOL sent to our program accounts by mistake, to our treasury; tokens sent by mistake to them or to our treasury, to a token account our admin multisig controls. These functions can never take creator fees owed to a claimant who is receiving them, or a liquidity position held for a nominated token. The rules are in Section 12.6 of the Risk Disclosure. Never send SOL or tokens to a token's escrow or fallback vault address, whatever anyone tells you: a genuine claim never requires it, and what you send is not sent back to you automatically (SOL sent to a fallback vault once the fallback applies becomes part of the fallback; other amounts may be recovered by us).

If we pause part of the Services, we will announce it on https://www.glowlink.fun where we can. A pause never requires you to do anything with your wallet or your tokens.

3.7 Reporting scams

To report a fake website, an account impersonating us, a scam token or a fake claim link, use the Report option on the token page where it is available, or email [Contact Email]. Include links, token or wallet addresses, transaction signatures and screenshots. Never send your seed phrase or private key to anyone, including us. Please also report impersonating accounts to the platform where you found them.

We may hide scam tokens from our website. We cannot take down other websites or social accounts, reverse transactions or recover lost funds.

If you think your wallet or account has been compromised:

  1. stop using the wallet, and move any remaining assets to a new wallet created on a clean device;
  2. remove any token delegations or app permissions you did not intend to give;
  3. remove access for any app you do not recognise in your social platform's security settings (for Google and YouTube: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions); and
  4. report the theft to your local police or cybercrime unit.

3.8 Responsible disclosure

If you find a security vulnerability in the Services, email [Security Email] before telling anyone else.

In scope: https://www.glowlink.fun and its subdomains, our APIs, our on-chain nomination escrow program ([Nomination Escrow Program ID]), and our claim attestation service.

Out of scope: third-party services, including the Meteora programs, Privy, Helius, the social platforms and wallet apps (please report to them directly; a copy to us is welcome); social engineering or phishing of our team; physical attacks; denial-of-service or load testing; spam; automated scanner output with no working proof; and missing best-practice settings with no real impact.

Please:

  • test only with accounts and wallets that you own, and use devnet or a local copy where you can;
  • do not access, change or delete other people's data;
  • do not move, lock or take funds on mainnet, apart from the smallest proof using your own funds;
  • stop testing and tell us as soon as you have confirmed an issue;
  • do not disclose the issue publicly until we have fixed it or [90] days have passed since your report, whichever comes first; and
  • do not make payment a condition of sharing your findings.

In your report, include: the affected component (URL, or program ID and instruction), steps to reproduce, the impact, any suggested fix, and how to contact you.

What we do: we acknowledge reports within [5] business days, keep you informed while we work on a fix, and credit you publicly if you want us to. Any reward is at our discretion, and any payment is subject to the eligibility and sanctions rules in Part 2.

We may update these pages from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Questions: [Contact Email]. Legal notices: [Legal Email].
